Sam looks up from where he's kneeling, finishing the cleaning and rinsing away the last of the soap on Castiel's legs. It's sort of a strange position to be in, but one that he doesn't mind in the least. After all, part of the implied contract between them is allowing Sam to care for Castiel when things go wrong, whether in scene or in life. The same as Castiel does for him.
