The chances are as minimal as they could possibly be. A fire might inspire Castiel to break the scene, and even then he would probably need a moment to come to that conclusion. What they do, what they share... it's addictive.
In the silence, the sound of the lube being opened and squeezed travels through the line well, and after another moment of silence, so does the hitch in Castiel's breath that even after all this time, the first breach never fails to draw forth.
