The warning gets no immediate reaction, not even the curl of Sam's fingers - though Castiel's lips part desperately at this, shaping a silent gasp. It's when Sam nuzzles his cheek and offers praise, that Castiel can't hold on to his moans any longer, every word from his master's and lover's lips letting more sweet, sinful sounds fall from Castiel's own mouth.
And so he gasps and moans and whimpers beautifully for Sam, whines when he's called eager, mewls when he's called good, eyes burning with a need he never dared put into words and still can't voice - but which is made so very obvious by the way he looks at Sam, cracked open and hiding nothing in his eyes.
