And just like that first time, so long ago and yet so very fresh in the mind of someone as old as Castiel, the fallen angel's breath catches as Sam pushes in. Just like during that first time, he almost feels too full, as if there's no way Sam will ever fit into him, as if the vessel of something formerly larger than life couldn't possibly have his room for this one mortal man.

But unlike that first time, Castiel already knows he can take Sam, and more than that, craves all of Sam's length and girth, feels empty with anything less. His lips part in a moan, fingers pulling on Sam's hair just a little as his hips lift a little more, easing the angle for Sam.
