Sam's tongue takes advantage of the moan, dipping into Castiel's mouth to take a quick taste of him. "Still so tight," he murmurs, rocking forward slowly. He hasn't been very thorough with the prep, knowing what Castiel can take. "You take me so well, though, Cas. Know just the way to make things easier for us both."
