The praise makes Castiel tremble, makes his eyes so very wide and soulful, because it just goes straight to his core, makes him feel warm and safe. As long as he can be good for Sam, everything will be good.
So Castiel gets up and licks his lips, lets Sam see him catch some of what was spilled. "Thank you, Sam," Castiel says, making sure Sam understands the double meaning - thank you for using my mouth, thank you for all of this, for taking care of me.
Then he stretches out on the bed with a sigh, comfortable and more at ease with every passing moment.
