Sam is right, and this truly registers as regret to Castiel. It wasn't fair to Otis, what he did. This, maybe more than his willful disobedience, is something deserving of punishment. Whatever Sam decides to do tonight, part of it will be penance for manipulating an innocent bystander.

Although part of Castiel shivers at the thought of someone else's hand on the lock around his member, such a clear, unmistakable and absolute mark of Castiel, his pleasure, his pain, his everything belonging to the person holding the key.

Castiel squirms a little.
