Cas' toes curl in sheer delight when Sam is done with him. Feet aren't of any concern to the fallen angel, but having Sam touch them in a massage can be incredibly nice. Then again, anything Sam does can be incredibly nice.

"As you wish, Sam," Castiel mumbles, drowsy from the massage, but in a good way. His body tingles, and his mind feels lighter, unburdened compared to before. Sam is lifting him up step by step, and he knows that Sam leaving his side will just bring more of the everything good.
