Sam chuckles, leaning down to kiss Castiel's back before he scoots back off the bed. He reaches for a towel that he keeps nearby to wipe his hands off as he makes his way to the dresser that holds their toys.
It's only a minute or two before he's back, moving back between Castiel's legs and setting a few things to the side. Then he leans forward, laying his hands on Castiel's ass and massaging slightly before pulling his ass cheeks apart. "You've been so good, Cas," Sam murmurs, leaning down to kiss his tailbone again.
