It's not often that Sam does this without something between his tongue and Castiel's ass. But he likely won't be kissing Castiel for a while and he knows that the other man is fairly well clean. So, tonight, he doesn't bother.
Instead, he keeps up the short laps, the tip of his tongue pressing in and testing the muscle there before he slips away, getting the entire area wet. Once he's done that, he pulls back, blowing lightly over Castiel.
