I'm certain you've had enough time to plan for a proper ceremony in the past week, and the dowry money should be more than enough to finance it."
Castiel may come from a rich pack, but the message is clear - the Novak clan isn't willing to let the Winchester clan have any benefit from that before the terms of the contract aren't fulfilled to the letter.
