Castiel's cheeks are a lovely shade of crimson when their lips part, and his eyes flick to the crowd once, for just a moment, before he smoothes down his shirt in what appears to be a nervous little gesture.

"Your friends and family must not have kissed a lot to find this so exciting", he murmurs, but what could sound biting comes out more like a tease, especially with how at ease Castiel currently looks. It's strange to be the center of attention in this... positive, dare he say healthy manner. It's uplifting.
