He wonders if Jason realized that Sam himself was a dom, someone who might have seen the signs earlier if he'd been allowed to see Castiel very often. More likely it was just run-of-the-mill abuse, but Sam was drawing on all of that previous experience in college and in small clubs to bring Castiel back. "But Jason's rules are what's best for Jason, not what's best for you. And that's what should really matter." He looks Castiel in the eye. "I'm asking you to trust me. I'm not asking Jason. I'm asking you."
