Sam frees his hand from Gadreel's, but only so that he can reach up and cup both of his husband's cheeks. He brushes his thumbs over Gadreel's face, just drinking in that small smile and the words that he was saying.
Finally, he smiles himself. "May I kiss you, Gadreel?"
