The way that Gadreel chases him is what makes Sam finally drop his hands, but only so that he can place them on the other man's hips. He doesn't pull Gadreel to him, as much as he very much would like to. Instead, he lets his lips part, flicking his tongue just gently against Gadreel's lips. Asking permission to enter once again.
