It really doesn't take much to wake Sam up. The bunker is more secure than any hotel he and Dean have ever lived in, certainly, but that doesn't undo all of a lifetime of light sleeping. Though, with Castiel beside him, Sam tends to sleep deeper than he ever has in his life.
The chaste kisses do the job, though, rousing Sam to reach up and card his fingers through Castiel's hair with a hum of appreciation. "Hey. How're you feeling?"
